You need to use the entire folder for installation, not only MSI installer. Inside of folder, you will also find the msi file. After Downloading, unzip de exe file with 7zip or WinRAR. None of us should have to jump through hoops just to have any program do an automatic update of itself.

Could you please double check and correct the 64Bit Acrobat Reader package? I assume this is a mistake in the 64Bit package? It works, but 1GB for an intune app… The English US language selection does not give you a 64 bit DL.

The last time adobe returned the error that Adobe Updater could not write to my registry. The conclusion is the update could not be done while Adobe was running in the background. I then went back to Norton and competed the update. This worked for me.  Did the update through Adobe Acrobat menu and then back to Norton – both worked. However, I immediately re-ran Norton Updater and lo and behold, it found the update and applied it to Adobe Acrobat DC Continuous.
Same here, I'm literally trying to push this applicaiton onto Intune searching everywhere for the MSI installer and it's an absoulte Cluster of a mess. Adobe may be prioritizes their streamlined web installers, which complicates deploying via tools like Intune. In your step 4 you mentioned to create package. Note that the msi is called acropro.msi but contains the reader.

Download acrobat reader, open Reader_Install_Setup.exe7. But I usually deploy MSI packages in Intune using a win32 application though I wrap the application/installer in a powershell app deployment package. I am trying to add Adobe Reader as part of intunet autopilot deployment and wondering on how I can create package for the Adobe Reader. It looks like the english installer for windows 10 from this link is only 32 bit. I am tired of spending a half hour of my time everytime there is an update to install. I have had the same problem since I updated to the subscription version of Adobe in 2022.

Fair enough, I requested access to the Reader, got one email to confirm my details, then another one which should contain link to the .exe installer.
